Hours Description: Full time

Reporting to the Hardware Manager, the Senior Home Centre Clerk will be responsible for the overall image and layout of the Home Centre, including ensuring section management is meticulously completed, season specific items are appropriately ordered, stocked and displayed and that proper counts are conducted weekly.


1. Be a true brand ambassador who will assist in successfully leading the Home Centre team in the new Talent Management rollout
2. Ensure all staff are delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, while ensuring tasks are assigned to staff and barriers of productivity are removed
3. Responsible for ensuring the seasonal calendar is followed regularly and that the Home Centre is always ‘season ready’


The successful applicant must be a proven leader, whom must possess excellent communication, organization, time management, sales and marketing skills and be eager to work with a highly motivated team. Extensive knowledge of the hardware industry considered an asset, along with a keen eye for creative displays.
